Welcome to Nolo (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our"). By accessing, registering, or purchasing points/credits on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service & Billing (Pay-As-You-Go Points Model)
Nolo provides digital AI computing and multi-agent collaboration workspace services based on a Points/Credits system. Points are deducted instantly based on actual Token consumption when computing tasks are performed. Each recharge is a one-time purchase with no recurring or automatic subscription charges. Recharged points never expire.
2. Payment Processing (Waffo Pancake)
Payments for our services are processed securely by Waffo Pancake. All transactions comply with PCI-DSS standards. We do not collect, process, or store your sensitive payment information such as full credit card numbers or CVV codes.
3. Refund and Points Policy
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital computing resources, points that have already been consumed for computations are non-refundable. For paid recharge packages, a full refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase provided that 100% of the points remain unused. Promotional, trial, activity-granted, or invite-reward points are strictly non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. In cases of system errors or duplicate billing, full refunds will be issued. 4. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful activities, infringement of intellectual property, or abusive behavior. In addition, you retain ownership of your generated content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Content Safety & Prohibited Content
We are committed to providing a safe and lawful service. The following categories of content may not be generated or distributed through the service: (1) pornographic or NSFW content; (2) violent or gory content; (3) hate speech; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content unsafe for children; (5) deepfakes or content that impersonates others; and (6) content that infringes copyright or trademarks. User input prompts are screened by our content-safety review (automated filtering and/or manual review) before generation, and prohibited content will be removed. Violations may result in a warning, restriction of features, or termination of service, and points used for prohibited content will not be refunded. 6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you have actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. User Breach & Account Disposal
If you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activities, we may take enforcement actions against your account. Such actions are applied in a graduated manner: a warning, restriction of features, and suspension or termination of your account. Upon termination, your access to the account will end, any unused points will be handled in accordance with the refund policy in Section 3, and content obtained through the breach will be removed.
